1. How do I know the puppy will actually look like the photos?

Every puppy listed on our site is a real puppy currently in our care — not a stock photo or a "similar to" example. We update photos regularly as puppies grow, and we're happy to send as many additional photos as you'd like — plus you can hop on a video call with us anytime to see your puppy live, in real time, before you commit.

2. Are your puppies healthy? What health guarantees do you offer?

All of our puppies are vet-checked before they leave Korea. We're upfront about any known health considerations for the specific breed or puppy, and our contract fully covers you if a genetic health issue is ever discovered. Our team is also available to answer follow-up questions even after your puppy arrives home.

3. How does international shipping actually work?

 

We handle the entire process — crate training, required paperwork, climate-controlled flights, and coordination with your local airport. Most puppies are shipped to major hubs in the US, Hong Kong, Thailand, and beyond. We walk you through the full timeline step by step so there are no surprises.

4. Is my apartment/home suitable for a small breed puppy?

Yes — the breeds we specialize in (Toy Poodle, Maltipoo, Bichon Frise, Maltese, and similar) are especially well-suited to apartment life. They're compact, adaptable, and don't need a yard to thrive, though they do need daily walks and mental stimulation.

5. How much does it really cost, all in?

The total cost breaks down into three main parts: the puppy's adoption price, a documentation fee, and airfare. If you come to Korea to pick up your puppy in person, the airfare is not needed at all. Costs vary depending on your situation, so we always give you a clear, itemized estimate before you commit to anything.

6. What if I have allergies?

Several of our breeds — Maltipoo, Toy Poodle, Bichon Frise — are popular choices for allergy-sensitive households because of their coat type. That said, no dog is 100% guaranteed hypoallergenic, so if allergies are a serious concern, we recommend spending time around the breed first if possible.

7. How old are the puppies when they go home?

We follow responsible breeding standards and never send puppies home too early. This ensures proper weaning, initial vaccinations, and a healthy start before travel. Keep in mind that the minimum age a puppy can travel also depends on your destination country's requirements, so we'll let you know the exact timeline based on where you're located.

8. Can I choose a specific puppy, or do I get assigned one?

You choose! Every puppy on our site is individually listed, and once you reach out about a specific puppy, we reserve them for you so there's no risk of someone else adopting "your" pick in the meantime. And if you don't see the exact puppy you're dreaming of on our site, just let us know — we can source one for you through our network of professional breeders.

9. What happens if something goes wrong during shipping?

This is one of the most common worries, and rightly so. Our team monitors every shipment closely, and we've built our process specifically around minimizing stress and risk for the puppy — from crate training weeks in advance to climate-controlled routing. We're also reachable throughout transit for updates.

10. What kind of support do I get after adoption?

Our relationship doesn't end at delivery. We're happy to answer questions about training, feeding, grooming, or general puppy care long after your new family member has settled in.
