On May 17, 2026, we flew from Korea to Hong Kong 🇰🇷✈️🇭🇰 for something we had been looking forward to for months — a Hong Kong Coton de Tulear reunion with the families who adopted their Cotons from Kim's Pups. A room full of fluffy white Cotons, their Hong Kong families, a long lunch together, and a suitcase full of gifts from Korea. It was one of the happiest days we've had. 🤍

A gift we carried from Korea 🎁
We didn't want to show up empty-handed. Before the trip, we had soft custom cushions made in Korea as a thank-you for every family, packed them into our luggage, and carried them all the way to Hong Kong. Seeing the Cotons sniff, lie on, and claim their new cushions straight away — and the smiles on their owners' faces — made every bit of the packing worth it.
Lunch, laughter and old friends 🍽️
We sat down and ate together, swapped stories about each Coton's quirks and habits, and compared how much everyone had grown. Some of these Cotons we last held as tiny puppies at the airport in Korea. Now they're confident, happy Hong Kong dogs with their own personalities, their own favourite parks and their own fan clubs. Meeting them again after so long honestly felt like a family reunion.

We prepare the microchip, vaccinations, vet health check, export health certificate and the flight, and the family picks up their puppy in Hong Kong. Import rules can change, so we confirm the current Hong Kong requirements with every family before booking.
What is a Coton de Tulear like as a Hong Kong apartment dog?
Cotons are small (usually around 4–6 kg), affectionate, people-focused companion dogs with a soft, cotton-like coat that sheds very little. They adapt well to apartment life as long as they get daily walks, play and company — which is why so many Hong Kong families love them.
