An early start 🌅
Flight day started before sunrise. Indy rode to the airport with another Coton de Tulear from our family who was heading to Bangkok the same morning — two little cotton clouds on a quiet highway.
At the airport 🛫
Before check-in we had a few minutes outside the cargo terminal for cuddles and photos. Indy was completely relaxed — soft coat, big dark eyes, and that happy Coton smile.
That fluffy, cotton-soft coat is where the breed gets its name — coton means cotton in French. Cotons are gentle, people-loving companion dogs, and Indy was no exception: he greeted everyone at the terminal.
Then into an airline-approved travel crate, and off he went to the United States.

Two days later, on June 4, Indy's family sent us this photo — Indy safe and sound in Miami with his new family. That's the moment we wait for with every puppy.

By June 22 Indy was fully settled in. His family sent us this mirror selfie — Indy looking straight at the camera, coat fluffier than ever, clearly at home.
